Great to meet you!

I have been providing mental health services in various capacities since 2008. I enjoy working with clients who are ready for making lasting change and recovering from past trauma. I also enjoy exploring vocational options and helping you find the kind of work that is meaningful and inspiring to you. I hold both a master's degree in professional counseling and a PhD in counselor education.

My approach to therapy

You are in charge of your own treatment. I am here to support and guide, but we will go at your pace and the goals we move towards will be your goals. I believe you know yourself better than anyone else does and I want to empower you to trust what you know, use your voice, and be the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me will feel like a conversation. There will be space for you to talk as much or as little as you like. I want you to be comfortable with who you're working with, so feel free to ask questions!
