I specialize in co-occurring and substance use disorders, trauma and PTSD, received training in hypnotherapy and EMDR techniques, and have a holistic approach to mental health counseling. Received my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Medialle College of Buffalo, New York, and Rochester campus.

My practice uses evidence-based psychotherapy approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Person-centered approaches.

My goal-oriented and strength-base style of counseling will help you understand what your needs are and how you can reach your goals in therapy.
