Great to meet you!

I am a dual licensed therapist as a Licensed Professional counselor (LPC) and Licensed Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC). I graduated from Montclair State University with a Master's Degree in Counseling specializing in substance abuse counseling and have over 15 years of experience. I have worked in numerous levels of care including long term psychiatric hospitals, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, crisis centers, and inpatient rehab/detox programs.

My approach to therapy

I take an eclectic therapeutic approach by integrating techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), strength-based therapy (SBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, inner child, and seeking safety. Fostering change and personal growth by providing a compassionate, caring, and nonjudgmental environment.

What you can expect from me
