Great to meet you!

I’m not the kind of therapist you see on TV—the ones who stare blankly and ask only, “How does that make you feel?” My approach is warm, genuine, and down‐to‐earth. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to speak openly about what’s really going on in your life. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions, I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful catalyst for insight, growth, and healing.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to help you reach your goals. I am Level III trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and also trained in PACT and EFT. I believe our attachment patterns shape how our nervous systems develop, and many relationship challenges can be understood through this lens. I am also a trained EMDR therapist and use this approach to help clients process and heal from past trauma.

When working with families, I integrate my background as both an educator and a therapist. I have experience within the court system supporting families through divorce, co‐parenting, and reunification, and I bring this insight into my therapeutic work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about what brings you in, why now feels like the right time to seek support, and any relevant background that can help guide our work together. From there, I’ll share how I can help, discuss potential goals for your therapy, and make space for any questions you have.
