Great to meet you!

My experience includes over 15 years of working with individuals in the hospital and outpatient setting. I work with adults and children with a variety of specific conditions and symptoms. Many of my clients come to me with diagnoses such as Depression, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, PTSD, Autism, ADHD, ODD, and Learning disabilities.

My focus has always been on my patient's individuality and on providing thorough and comprehensive care with a strong commitment to health and wellness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My passion has always been toward helping others live optimal lives and finding what approach will enable them to feel their best. Working at Ideal Mental Health allows me to provide a more individualized approach to care while building long-term relationships with my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

I enjoy working with my clients by taking a particular interest in the holistic approach combined with medication and psychotherapy. During our first meeting, my goal is to collect a comprehensive history of the individual's concerns. Based on the client's current needs and history, together, we build a working care plan. Arming individual with knowledge about their illness is part of my approach to a better outcome.

I look forward to helping you on your journey to wellness.
