Great to meet you!
With over a decade of clinical experience, I am dedicated to providing a compassionate, collaborative space for individuals, families, and couples. I am a graduate of Hunter College’s Silberman School of Social Work, and my career spans community health centers (FQHCs), group practices, and private practice settings, where I have provided individual, group, family, and couples therapy.
Throughout my career, I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family disruption and conflict, relational stress (romantic, peer, and familial), low self-esteem, specific phobias, and disordered eating.
Because no two people are alike, I pull from a diverse, client-centered toolkit rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on what best serves your unique needs, my work integrates:
- Psychodynamic & Relational Work
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Internal family systems (IFS) and more.
