Great to meet you!

As an Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor I am focused on providing person-centered care to help each person feel empowered in their treatment. I specialize in working with adolescences and emerging adults that have been impacted by trauma and/or substance use through the lifespan.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My clinical framework consists of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I use a combination of directness, consistency and praise during each session to reflect on progress towards targeted goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I describe myself as a relatable, empathic listener and affirmative of ones lived experiences. I can help my clients navigate challenging life transitions, make positive changes and hone in on their sense of resilience by providing a safe, judgement free space for one to truly explore all aspects of themselves.
