My name is Debora, I am an Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor (in state of PA) who offers warm, person-centered care designed to help you feel empowered in your healing. I specialize in supporting emerging adults and adults in mid life who may be experienced past trauma, major life milestones or hardships, grief and loss. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you navigate difficult life transitions, and build practical skills that lead to lasting change.

My clinical framework consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy and Trauma informed care. I use a combination of directness, consistency and praise during each session to reflect on progress towards targeted goals.
