Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience in inpatient, outpatient, virtual, in person, and medication assisted treatment settings. I serve individuals of diverse background across the lifespan facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, gender dysphoria, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

My approach is faith-centered, client-focused, non-judgmental, and evidence-based. I believe healing is possible through both clinical and God's restoring grace. You are not alone in this journey, we walk together with hope, dignity, and purpose.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can grow, heal, and move forward in strength and peace because that is what matters.

My approach to therapy

As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my approach is holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based, grounded in compassion, empathy, and respect for each person's unique story.

II integrate medical expertise, therapeutic support, and faith-centered values to address the whole person. Treatment is individualized including assessment, diagnosis, medication management, brief psychotherapy, lifestyle support, and care coordination as needed.

I practice from trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive framework. I believe healing happens best in a safe, trusting environment where clients feel heard, empowered, respected, and supported.

All in all, my goal is to help the client restore hope, build resilience, and move toward lasting emotional and spiritual wellness. I believe it is your right to live life to the best of your capability.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other and begin building trust. This is a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space where you can share your concerns, goals, and your reason for seeking mental healthcare.

We will review your mental health history, current symptoms, medications, lifestyle factors, and any substance use concerns. Together we will identify treatment goals and create an individualized plan that may include therapy, medication management, and support resources.

you will be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity. I approach each session with care and patience, believing that healing is possible through clinical treatment and God's guidance.

you must not have everything figured out. Just come as you are and we will take the next step towards hope, clarity, and emotional wellness together.
