I am warm and caring. I I am non-judgmental and help to put you at ease. I know it can be difficult at times to reach out for help and to share your life situations with a stranger.Besides having been a LMHC for twenty years I am also certified as a creativity coach and Spiritual Director. As a Spiritual Director we talk about your faith and how it is guiding you in your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I consider myself eclectic using all the tools in my tool bag to help my clients with issues they may be experiencing. I have worked with clients dealing with various life challenges such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues.

At the first session- we get to know each other and determine our focus in future counseling sessions. This is a time for you. I hope to help you see that the magic is in you and to guide you in maneuvering through life's challenges.
