Great to meet you!

Toxic stress is real — and its effects on the mind, body, and relationships can be profound and lasting. My work is focused on helping individuals heal from those effects and develop the practical skills to adapt, connect, and live more fully.

I'm an LCSW trained at Fordham University, and I offer sessions in both English and Spanish. I've supported adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, cultural identity challenges, and the cumulative weight of difficult life experiences — drawing from EMDR, CBT, Schema therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

I come to this work with genuine investment in each person's story, and a commitment to building something real — not just managing symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I'm trained in trauma-focused treatments, and EMDR is a core part of my practice — helping clients process the experiences that are still affecting their daily lives, often without requiring them to relive every detail in the process. CBT addresses the thought patterns driving anxiety and depression. Schema therapy works with the deeper belief systems formed from early experience. Motivational Interviewing guides the work when change feels complicated or ambivalent.

I'm responsive to what each person needs, and I tailor treatment accordingly — because no two people carry the same history or need the same approach.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and build a clear picture of where you are and where you want to go. We'll talk about your current challenges, your history, and your goals — and you'll be an active part of shaping what the work looks like.

I work collaboratively, at a pace that respects what you're carrying. By the end of the first session, we'll have the beginning of a plan that feels like yours.
