I am triple board certified in family medicine, emergency medicine as well as psychiatric mental health medicine. Throughout my many years of working in the emergency department, I realized how much help was needed for the mental health community. I chose to return back to school to complete my psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to provide help for these patients that struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, and any other mental health needs.

my approach to providing care is through cognitive behavioral therapy as well as CBT I integrate self-help, as well as calm, warm and got to therapy.
