Welcome! I commend you for taking the first step on your journey towards healing. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I am dedicated to helping individuals, adolescents and families navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, I provide a safe space for exploring emotional and relational struggles, offering tools for growth and healing. In addition to my experience in Clinical Psychology, I also have a background in both the Creative Arts/Entertainment and Social Work with Children/Adolescents in the Public Sector, including the Education system. Based in Los Angeles, I have extensive experience working with professionals in the entertainment Industry, helping clients recognize and apply their skills. As a prior career as Social Worker, I also have extensive experience working with Children and Families.

By way of collaboratively identifying treatment goals, my focus is on fostering communication, self-awareness, and resilience, empowering clients to create lasting change.
