Great to meet you!

For the past 10 years, I've helped adults navigate change with a greater sense of self-awareness, calm, and confidence. Together we explore how the past has shaped you, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and create new ways of thinking that promote lasting change. My approach is both practical and compassionate. As a licensed counselor and Spiritual Director, I integrate evidence based therapeutic interventions with a Christian perspective, for clients who desire it, offering a safe space to connect faith and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My passion for this work is deeply personal. After the end of my own 20 year marriage, I spent years discovering what really heals. Those lessons now guide my practice, helping clients manage their stress, process trauma, and build better relationships. Together we avoid unnecessary detours, to create a life with purpose and fulfillment.

What you can expect from me

It takes courage to come in, to let a "stranger" in on your struggles. I respect that and do everything I can to reduce fear and shame so my clients feel empowered to change.
