Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT #130783) with a Doctorate in Depth Psychotherapy and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. I combine clinical expertise with creative, experiential approaches — including Internal Family Systems (IFS)-Informed, somatic awareness, mindfulness, breathwork, coaching, and energy-informed practices — to support meaningful, lasting transformation.

I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their true selves, helping them reconnect to their authenticity, clarity, and inner freedom.

My research, published in Shame and the Making of Art: A Depth Psychological Perspective (Routledge), informs my work with shame, self-doubt, and the creative process, helping clients transform obstacles into growth and insight.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, and tailored to each client. I integrate depth psychology with experiential methods, working with both the mind and body to explore patterns, emotions, and behaviors. This may include parts work (IFS-informed), mindfulness, somatic exercises, or other reflective practices.

I believe therapy is not just about symptom relief — it’s about uncovering your inner strengths, creativity, and authenticity, and creating real, lasting change in your life. My work is thoughtful, intuitive, and focused on helping you step into your full potential.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore your goals, and clarify what brought you to therapy. You can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where your experience is heard and valued.

We’ll discuss what approaches feel right for you and how we can work together, and begin identifying patterns, challenges, and areas of growth. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear sense of what our work together could look like and a concrete first step toward meaningful change.
