Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who supports adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change. Together, we’ll create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore patterns, process emotions, and reconnect with your inner strength.

My approach to therapy

My approach is reflective, supportive, and skill oriented. I integrate evidence based strategies like CBT with mindfulness and, when meaningful to you, spiritual resources. I focus on helping you build practical tools, deepen self awareness, and develop lasting strategies that support growth and emotional well being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I create a relaxed, supportive environment where you can share openly without pressure. This session helps us build connection, clarify goals, and establish a thoughtful, comfortable foundation for our work together.
