Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of WI who has over 20 years of professional experience. I enjoy working to celebrate the individualism and uniqueness of each client. I have a special interest in diversity and am passionate about supporting clients who may be struggling with challenges related to immigration status, sexual orientation/gender identity, racial and cultural identity, etc.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment approach uses characteristics of trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, among others. I take a collaborative approach to working with my clients, collectively creating realistic and attainable treatment goals. I utilize a person-centered, and strengths-based conceptualization within a multicultural framework.
