Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults and young adults manage anxiety disorders, panic attacks, chronic stress, and burnout using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. I also support clients experiencing depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions that feel overwhelming or hard to manage alone.

Many of the people I work with are functioning well but internally overwhelmed—dealing with constant worry, racing thoughts, physical symptoms of anxiety, or a persistent sense of being “on edge.” Others notice anxiety affecting their sleep, focus, relationships, or ability to relax and enjoy life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, supportive, and skills-based. A primary focus of treatment is CBT for anxiety, which helps identify unhelpful thought patterns, reduce avoidance behaviors, and build practical coping strategies that create measurable symptom relief.

Depending on your needs, I may also integrate mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, behavioral activation, and attachment-focused interventions to support deeper emotional healing and stability.

What you can expect from me

I will spend some time getting to know you and what the most pressing issue is that you are seeking support for. I provide structured, supportive therapy focused on helping you reduce stress and mental health symptoms and regain control over your thoughts, emotions, and daily functioning. Sessions are collaborative and practical, with an emphasis on real-life tools and measurable progress.

Therapy with me is not just about talking through stress—it’s about learning tools to actively reduce stressors, improve emotional regulation, and regain a sense of clarity and control in daily life.
