Great to meet you!

I love the opportunity to get to know my clients as the unique people they are. You don't go through life without getting banged up, and that includes me. I want to help you heal and find the answers you need and are seeking. I've been there too.

My approach to therapy

No one goes through life without challenges. Those challenges can become overwhelming; we find ourselves full of anger, fear, anxiety, confusion or deep sadness. You are not alone in this. If you are seeking therapy for the first time or have been in therapy before, please know that this is a safe place for you. All of us want to find a place of peace and joy in our life, but sometimes it feels like we are lost in a forest. I want to help you find your way out, to recognize your own path.

What you can expect from me

I have a strong belief that we are in a constant state of change and adaptation in life and the secret is to realize and own our personal power. Peace is accomplished through balance, boundaries and new beginnings. I look forward to helping you begin this next step of your journey and to find your power in that.
