Great to meet you!

I want to add value every day– to offer counseling that truly benefits the lives of others. I want the world to be a better place as a result of my actions and because of the impact I have on my clients. Leading people toward a brighter future is my ultimate goal.

Life is full of ups and downs, successes and failures — for all of us living it. My practice is guided by compassion, authenticity, and nonjudgmental guidance in a stable, safe, and positive environment.

My approach to therapy

I believe it is vital that I connect with my clients so we can work together to end self-defeating habits. Clients are not alone in their struggles–there IS a pathway to healing vs. continuing down the path they are on. Clients chan CHOOSE to change.

What you can expect from me

I can help you identify, clarify and simplify any areas for personal growth and positive change. You will discover your strengths and personality type, explore your thoughts/feelings and thus develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your unique experiences, and your relationships with others. My clients have reported feeling more centered and focused on “what” and “how” to pursue their varied challenges and opportunities.
