Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, a breakup, divorce, low self-esteem, or the effects of an emotionally unhealthy relationship, you don't have to face it alone. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can gain insight, build resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I am a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I have experience providing counseling services in private practice, schools, hospitals, assisted living, and correctional settings. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you build on your strengths and work toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

Together, we will explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationship patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change so that you can move forward with greater confidence and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and the goals you'd like to achieve. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas for growth, and we'll develop a plan tailored to your unique needs. You can expect to leave with a better understanding of your concerns and a clearer sense of direction for moving forward.
