Hello! My name is Debby and I have over thirty years of experience providing services. I have worked in a wide range of therapeutic settings including: outpatient mental health centers, intensive outpatient family based care settings, and inpatient psychiatric hospitals. I have lots of experience in the area of Infertility, dealing with loss, and grief.

My approach to therapy is client centered: clients are the experts on their lives and determine the direction and depth of therapy.

I help clients to clarify goals for therapy that are practical and will help them to alleviate challenging symptoms in their present life. I will assign worksheets and other kinds of homework that will aid clients in being accountable to themselves, I am disclosing where it is therapeutic for the growth of the client.

Calm and respectful validation of their experience, hope , and ideas on how to make their lives better.
