Great to meet you!

I have been in practice for over 20 years. I have worked in many different settings and really enjoy helping others to gain a greater understanding of themselves and the world around them. I enjoy problem-solving with my clients and working alongside them to help them find the best version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in both CBT and DBT, as well as, motivational interviewing techniques. My approach to therapy is that it is my responsibility to create a warm and relaxed environment so that my client feel at ease to be open and truly themselves in our sessions together.

What you can expect from me

I hope that they leave with a different perspective about whatever issues and problems they are facing. I like to give them a new perspective and help them to develop coping skills so that they may feel more successful in addressing issues outside of session.
