Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad or anxious. Not sure what to do? I can help to navigate through these feelings and more.

I am Debbie Gardner, a licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience. I have experience working with youth, adults and the family. I now focus primarily on Adults. The majority of my clinical work has been program or hospital based , which can be short or long term depending on the situation. I am very comfortable working clients with various mental health issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, hopelessness and family conflict.

My approach to therapy

It depends on what a client is bringing to therapy. I always want to meet a client where they are at. I also ask what kind of therapist they want, whether it is gentle or firm and proactively checking in.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to feel safe and heard. I will provide them with honest feedback and offer interventions or ideas.
