Great to meet you!

Not sure where to start? Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated after trying to make progress on their own or in previous therapy.

I specialize in working with trauma, including complex and early life experiences, as well as anxiety, depression, dissociation, and relationship patterns that feel difficult to change. I also work with clients who have been in therapy before but did not experience the relief they were hoping for.

As a certified EMDR therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and Facilitator, I bring advanced training in trauma treatment and support other clinicians in learning this approach. In our work together, I use EMDR alongside parts work and somatic strategies to help your brain and body process what has been held in place, rather than just managing symptoms.

Therapy can be intense at times, especially when trauma is involved. I prioritize pacing, safety, and collaboration so the work feels grounded and manageable. Moving more slowly when needed often leads to deeper, more lasting change.

My approach to therapy

The alliance between client and therapist is the most essential component in achieving the your treatment objectives. Through active listening, empathy and maintaining a non-judgmental stance, we will collaborate on setting desired goals and will consistently review our treatment plan to ensure progress is being made.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to establish attainable goals and to address the issues that have led you to seek therapy. Together we will establish a realistic plan to help manage and/or resolve the barriers that are keeping you from living your best life.
