Great to meet you!

It’s so nice to meet you. I believe that taking care of your mental health is an important part of living a balanced and fulfilling life. As a licensed professional counselor, I’ve spent years helping children, teens, and adults work through challenges like depression, anxiety, and everyday stress. My goal is to create a warm and supportive space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and ready to take steps toward feeling better.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is personalized for each person, using proven methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques. I believe everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and make positive changes. Therapy is a team effort built on kindness, respect, and real connection. Together, we work to discover your strengths, see things in new ways, and create lasting, meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on creating a warm and supportive space where trust can grow. We’ll work together to understand your emotions, build healthy coping skills, and support your personal growth in a way that feels real and empowering. Empowerment is at the heart of what I do. I’m passionate about helping you discover your strengths, embrace who you are, and live in a way that reflects your values. Healing isn’t about being perfect—it’s about making progress, learning about yourself, and finding hope again. My role is to be part of your journey toward greater well-being, offering support, encouragement, and a safe space to grow.
