Great to meet you!
I was led to this work over 13 years ago after noticing how hard it can be to find truly objective support—how easily conversations with loved ones get tangled, and how isolating it feels to hold shame or struggles inside. I wanted to create a space where people could be heard, understood, and supported with compassion and accountability. And circling back to that accountability—it’s not something I take lightly. Think of it like working with a personal trainer: sure, they could point you to the machines or swap out your weights for you, but real growth comes when someone notices your patterns, calls you out (with care), and helps you push past what’s comfortable. That’s the kind of accountability I bring into therapy.
