Together we will set goals based on what you hope to work towards and succeed and we will work together to assess, evaluate, and achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is getting to know each other. I will cover confidentiality and the limitations- so that you will understand that counseling is a safe place to talk. We will talk about your reasons for coming into counseling. We will set goals and create a treatment plan based on what you want and hope to work towards. Together we will talk about what your needs and wants are from your counseling experience. I will answer questions and concerns and review necessary policies. We will talk about what you can expect in subsequent sessions and what termination will look like.
