I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed chemical dependency counselor. For the past 25 years I have dedicated myself to helping people with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and addictions heal, grow and move forward.
I believe people are the experts of their own life and there are times when they feel lost and just need a supportive companionate therapist to walk alongside them to empower them as they untangle life issues.
Our first session will focus on building a therapeutic alliance; which is a collaborative, trusting relationship. I will actively listen as you share your story and what goals you hope to achieve on our journey together through therapy.
