Seeking support can feel difficult, especially when you’ve been carrying anxiety, emotional pain, trauma, relationship struggles, or feelings of overwhelm for a long time. Therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and move toward greater peace, confidence, and emotional balance.
For more than 30 years, I have worked with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and unresolved emotional wounds from the past. My approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and strength-based. I believe each person already has inner strengths and resilience that can be supported and strengthened through the therapy process.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I specialize in EMDR, Brainspotting, and DNMS (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy). These therapies can help clients process trauma, reduce emotional distress, shift long-standing patterns, and work toward deeper healing and lasting change.
