Great to meet you!

My name is Deborah Levine, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping individuals find balance, healing, and purpose in their lives. With a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a warm, compassionate approach, I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and stress-related challenges.

My approach to therapy

Life is often compared to a rollercoaster — full of thrilling highs, unexpected twists, steep drops, and moments where everything feels like it's moving too fast. As a mental health provider, I am here to help you navigate that ride.

One of my unique areas of expertise is in emotional support animals (ESAs) and psychiatric service dogs (PSDs) as part of mental health treatment. I provide assessments, guidance, and support for individuals who may benefit from the powerful connection between humans and animals as a part of their emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is not about having all the answers — it’s about asking the right questions, building awareness, and making space for healing and growth. I'm here to help you reconnect with your inner strengths and find steadiness, even during life’s most unpredictable moments.

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves, increased emotional resilience, and practical tools to manage life’s challenges. My goal is to help you build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and foster a sense of empowerment in your daily life. I aim to create a therapeutic environment that is warm, welcoming, and rooted in trust, where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals without fear of judgment.

I look forward to walking with you on your journey — through the highs, the lows, and all the turns in between.
