Meet Deborah: Your Compassionate Counselor

Professional Experience

Deborah recently returned from South Korea, where she spent five years working with the military as a therapist. She supported families, couples, adolescents, and service members, which greatly enhanced her ability to adapt to clients’ needs and address unique life challenges. Deborah views this experience as evidence of life’s serendipitous flow.

Previously, Deborah served as a victim advocate, crisis counselor, and director of a successful community program in Collin County. These roles have equipped her with a wealth of experience and deep empathy, which she brings to her practice as a therapist.

About Deborah

Deborah’s early years were marked by chaos, abandonment, abuse, and neglect. Through deep faith, a positive outlook, and consistent reframing, her life was transformed, opening the door to joy, resilience, and success. Her passion lies in helping clients achieve fulfilling lives through personal growth, mental health, and nurturing relationships.

Deborah is proud of her two flourishing grown daughters, her impressive son-in-law—a 6’8” Army Soldier—and her sweet, mischievous grand-dog, PJ.
