Great to meet you!

Feeling anxious, depressed, unfocused, or having difficulty sleeping? You are not alone. I work with adolescents (14+) and adults, and I primarily support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD, along with other challenges that can make everyday life feel overwhelming.

Patients often describe me as calm, understanding, and easy to talk to, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and truly heard. I provide personalized psychiatric care, including medication management and practical strategies to help you regain focus, balance, and a sense of control.

Specialties include:

  • Anxiety disorders
  • Depression & mood disorders
  • ADHD & focus challenges
  • Trauma & PTSD
  • Stress, burnout, and sleep difficulties
  • & More!

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, calm, and holistic approach to care. That means we work together to create a treatment plan that fits your life, your goals, and what you actually need day to day.

Whether we’re optimizing medications, working through mood or focus challenges, or finding ways to better manage stress and sleep, my focus is always on helping you feel more stable, capable, and in control. I aim to keep things practical and supportive, so you leave sessions with tools you can actually use.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, not something being done to you, but something we build together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what’s been feeling hardest, and what you’d like to see change. You don’t need to have everything figured out, just showing up is enough.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more hopeful, with a clearer sense of next steps and support in place.

A little about me outside of work, I love to travel, spend time at the beach, be outdoors, and take care of my sweet old chihuahua. These are the things that help keep me grounded, and I bring that same steady, calming energy into my work with clients.

You don’t have to navigate this alone, I’m here to help.
