Great to meet you!

I was a special educaton teacher working with children pre-school age through highschool before earning my masters in social work from Rutgers University. As a licensed clinical social worker I am passionate about helping children, adolesents, and families address issues of anxiety, depression, ADHD, child/teen behavioral issues and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I am welcoming and enjoy meeting clients and developing a rapport and a comfortable safe environment to engage in positive interactions and conversation. I am empathtic, kind and caring and look forward to developing a strong, positive therapuetic relationship with my clients.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I encourage an open conversation about the client's needs and expectations for therapy. The client and clinician explore possible goals to work towards in future sessions.
