Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Deb, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from American International College, and I primarily support individuals with neurodevelopmental differences, including Autism, intellectual disabilities, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe effective counseling begins with understanding each person’s unique strengths, experiences, communication style, and goals. I work to create a welcoming, respectful environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to participate in their care.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we will focus on your needs and build practical strategies that support emotional well-being, self-understanding, and everyday functioning. Whether you are seeking support related to Autism, an intellectual disability, ADHD, or another concern, I will meet you where you are and work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable and meaning
