Great to meet you!

¡Bienvenidx! I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting adults with female-related identities in their journey of self-discovery and empowerment. With a background working across diverse communities, I provide care to Latinx, Veterans, LGBTQ+, Black, Caucasian, and immigrant populations in New York (license #026740) and Puerto Rico (license #005833).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I combine psychodynamic and humanistic approaches with trauma-informed perspectives to create a space for clients to reconnect with their true selves and develop healthy connections with loved ones. My practice is based on warmth and genuineness. I foster a therapeutic environment where client and therapist interact safely, creating opportunities for change and growth.

What you can expect from our first session

You will be welcomed into an egalitarian space where you can open up at your own pace. I aim to promote empowerment in becoming your own best guide.
