Great to meet you!

No matter what someone is going through today, it is my honor to walk alongside those who are struggling with various life challenges and to provide a safe and supportive space, a listening ear, and a non-judgmental heart for individuals to share their struggles, explore their feelings and work toward personal growth and healing, and embrace their innate potential.

My approach to therapy

I have been working as a licensed professional counselor and marriage and family therapist for over 20 years. While typically working from a psychodynamic/solution-focused approach, I am trained and experienced in a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor all counseling sessions to the individual needs of clients.

I have worked extensively with couples & individuals struggling with conflict resolution, depression, anxiety, anger management, stress management, abuse & trauma.

What you can expect from me

My primary goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to share, explore & gain insight about their current struggles & find solutions along their path to healing and growth.

Healing is a courageous act of self-love, accepting your past, embracing your present and creating a brighter future.
