Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner, licensed in Georgia and Washington, with a focus on providing psychiatric care holistically to patients across the lifespan.

I obtained my BSN from GA Southwestern State University and subsequently, pursued my MSN at GA State University, graduating with honors. and my MHA with honors from Missouri State University.

My nursing career has been profoundly shaped by experiences in med-surg units, ICU, ER, medical oncology, and psychiatric units.

My approach to therapy

With a person-centered and integrative approach rooted in evidence-based practices, I provide med management, psychoeducation, and psychotherapy enriched with motivational interviewing, lifestyle modifications, grounding techniques, and mindfulness practices. With great listening skills and professionalism, I will collaborate with you and together, we will create a treatment plan best suited for your unique needs.

Your journey towards improved mental wellness and overall wellbeing begins here.

What you can expect from me

If you find yourself grappling with overwhelming emotions, anxiety, sadness, or a sense of powerlessness; if you have been burdened by recurring visits to the ER, disruptive mood swings, persistent restlessness, sleep disturbances, or racing thoughts; if you feel stigmatized as a result of your struggles with your mental health, know that you do not have to navigate this challenging path alone.

I am currently accepting new patients via telehealth visits.
