Great to meet you!

I’m a board‐certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a broad clinical background built over more than 15 years in healthcare. I provide medication management and individual therapy, with a special focus on child and adolescent mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is trauma‐informed, collaborative, and centered on each person’s unique needs and experiences. I believe effective treatment begins with creating a safe, respectful environment where clients feel heard and supported. I combine evidence‐based medication management with therapeutic support to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a calm, structured, and supportive conversation focused on understanding your needs, concerns, and goals. I’ll take time to review your history, discuss current symptoms, and explore what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. This visit is collaborative, I’ll ask questions, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. Together, we’ll begin building a treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy, or both, depending on what aligns best with your needs. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, respected, and confident that you have a partner in your care.
