Great to meet you!

As an aboard-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over two decades of experience in nursing, I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals 18 and above. My approach centers on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space and support on their journey to mental wellness.

I integrate therapeutic and pharmacological approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs in managing mental health challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to express themselves openly, knowing they’ll be heard and supported. My style is patient-centered and holistic.

In each session, I work closely with clients to set realistic, meaningful goals and to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, compassionate environment in each session with me. My goal is to create a safe space where they feel understood, valued, and empowered to share their experiences openly. Together, we focus on building a toolkit of strategies that clients can use in their daily lives to manage stress, enhance resilience, and improve overall well-being.

Typically, clients work toward achieving greater emotional balance, enhanced coping skills, and a stronger sense of self.
