Great to meet you!

I bring over 10 years of experience working with individuals and families in both clinical and non-clinical settings. My background includes work in community mental health, outpatient hospitalization programs, and a domestic violence shelter, where I supported those navigating complex life challenges. I have also led and managed my own nonprofit organization, which has given me a broader perspective on community well-being and leadership.

Beyond my clinical work, I remain actively involved in the community through volunteer efforts, serving on boards, and participating in projects that promote mental health and overall well-being. These experiences allow me to bring a thoughtful, real-world perspective to therapy and a strong commitment to helping people navigate meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I help adults navigate life transitions that often bring anxiety, burnout, depression, or uncertainty around direction and identity—especially those seeking a life beyond achievement. My approach is grounded in existential, ACT, and solution-focused therapies, helping clients explore meaning, purpose, and values while taking practical steps toward change.

For clients who prefer walk-and-talk or hiking therapy, I use movement, nature, and real-time reflection in the therapeutic process. Whether online or outdoors, I aim to create a supportive, thoughtful space where you can process life transitions, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward your goals. Outdoor therapies are self-pay and located in Bergen County, NJ.

What you can expect from me

I use a structured yet flexible approach that guides us through several life stages to help us both gain a clear understanding of your values, challenges, and strengths. This process allows us to begin identifying patterns, clarifying priorities, and shaping a direction for our work together so therapy feels collaborative, focused, and aligned with what matters most to you.
