I am a licensed clinical psychologist, licensed addiction counselor & registered yoga teacher. I got my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of the Rockies in 2009, my masters degree from the Colorado School of Professional Psychology in 2007 and my Bachelors degree in 1988 from Harvard College. I have extensive experience working with complex trauma and dissociative disorders (including DID), transgender issues, and substance and gambling addictions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer individual therapy in a relaxed setting. In session, you can expect me to be honest, compassionate and straightforward. My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based methods including IFS, EMDR, positive psychology, CBT and mindfulness.
