Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Counseling from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). I primarily work with adolescents and young adults ages 13–21. Currently, I serve as a Student Assistance Counselor in public education, where I support teens navigating emotional, academic, behavioral and developmental challenges. I am passionate about helping young people build insight, resilience, and confidence as they grow into adulthood.

My approach to therapy

My clinical focus is working with teens and young adults ages 13–21. I genuinely enjoy this age group and find it incredibly meaningful to walk alongside adolescents as they develop identity, independence, and a sense of purpose. Watching young people grow into confident, capable adults is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to help young people build coping skills, self-awareness, and resilience as they navigate life transitions, stressors, and emotional challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is primarily an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I will spend time gathering information about your current living situation and learning more about the challenges or barriers you may be experiencing. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, what you would like to work on, and what goals feel most important to you. Together, we will begin creating a plan that supports your needs and helps guide our work moving forward.
