Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Kentucky, and I also supervise and train others working toward licensure. My goal is to create a space where you can feel heard and human. One of my core beliefs is that we listen without judgment, and together, we work to help you get to where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

Laughter can be powerful, especially when it’s needed most. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s important to have a space where you feel seen and heard rather than feeling like you have to hide or “smile through it.” I’m here to listen, and together, we’ll talk through what’s going on and work toward solutions that feel right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, the focus is simple, to help you feel heard. You can expect a space where you feel validated and supported as we begin working toward a solution together. We’ll use therapeutic approaches like CBT, Reality Therapy, REBT, and others to help process what you’re going through and move forward in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.
