I am committed to helping individuals achieve healing, restoration of joy and hope for their future with an integrative and client-centered approach. I am playful by nature and take a "thinking out of the box" approach toward therapy to tailor our sessions to the client's needs. I am experienced with Family Based Treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I have 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults suffering from eating disorders, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and those suffering from severe mental illness. I have experience working in several treatment settings such as community based mental health, Partial hospitalization and intensive out-patient treatment. I have also worked in Domestic Violence programs with survivors and in Assisted Community Treatment supporting for the severely mentally ill.

I am an integrative therapist which means that I use several different types of therapy and personalize according to your needs and challenges. I take a client-centered approach to therapy and focus on my client's strengths and move at your pace on your journey toward healing and reconnecting with joy in your life.

In our first session together we will spend some time getting to know each other and talk about the challenges you are experiencing. We will discuss what you would like to achieve in our work together. I will share with you my approach to therapy and share initial treatment recommendations.
