Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with teens and adults. I have extensive experience working with clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, chronic stress, and relationship issues including toxic family members.

My approach to therapy

I utilize numerous approaches including CBT which focuses on the intersectionality of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I utilize Motivational Interviewing which is a collaborative, goal-oriented style of communication focusing on reasons for change. My approach is strengths based and person centered.
