Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Deb! - I'm really excited that you're here.. I help individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, grief, life transitions, and the complex seasons of pregnancy, postpartum, and other women’s issues. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can feel understood, reflect, and grow.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is down-to-earth, collaborative, and rooted in person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and emotion-focused therapies. For those who desire it, I also integrate faith-based counseling, offering Christian principles in a respectful and thoughtful way.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in meeting you where you are, and walking alongside you with grace, a little bit of humor, and hope. Together, we’ll set realistic goals to support the meaningful change and lasting healing you are looking for.

Whether you're guided by faith, seeking hope, or simply trying to make it through the day, I want you to know: you have worth, healing is possible, and you’re not alone. Let's take the next steps, together, to help you feel a little more like you.
