Great to meet you!

Professional Experience & Specializations With 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I have worked with a wide range of mental health concerns. My practice specializes in helping clients address any emotional disturbance experienced in life, such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, overwhelm, self-esteem, trauma.

Certifications & Tools I am certified as a facilitator of Dr. Joe Dispenza meditations and as a provider of neural optimization tools. These approaches support clients in developing emotional regulation, reducing stress, managing anxiety, and fostering overall body-mind health and well-being. I also utilize EMDR for trauma-informed therapy.

Communication Expertise Holding a PhD in interpersonal communication, I am passionate about helping clients build effective communication strategies to enhance any personal or professional relationship. Clients often find that learning to express their needs, concerns, and feelings —and listening effectively—is empowering.

Authenticity & Personal Growth As a Brené Brown facilitator I incorporate inspirational tools to help navigate life with greater joy and authencity. Clients have remarked they appreciate my light-hearted, yet direct and practical approach in addressing their concerns.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone has unique strengths and gifts embedded in their life's stories! I help people discover new perspectives about themself and their world, plus learn practical tools to help navigate their life with less stress and more joy. We work collaboratively, conversationally towards mutual objectives or goals for your desired change, mental health and well-being. CALL or TEXT me to arrange a FREE 15-min consult 720-515-3522.

What you can expect from me

Initially, we work together to envision what therapy will look like, the issues we will address and the practical tools you wish to develop for your life. This gives us a road map and be able to recognize when desired changes have been accomplished, for example, what unwanted feelings, thoughts and behaviors are now more manageable. And how you feel more empowered to navigate life. As an aside, I love it when in my sessions clients find themselves laughing unexpectedly. Therapy can be a joyful journey even when addressing serious issues.
