I hold a Master’s degree in Education and Counseling, and my career has led me through a variety of settings—from schools and private practice to detention centers. These diverse environments have shaped my ability to connect with people from all walks of life and support them through a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

In my approach, I primarily draw from Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These evidence-based modalities help clients identify their strengths, set realistic goals, and develop practical tools for managing thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
