Deborah Sterling

Greetings! My name is Deborah Sterling and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).

I have a master's in science degree in Social Work (MSW) from California State University, San Bernardino.

I have a broad range of experience and knowledge including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, ADHD, child development, adolescents, adults, and LGTBQ+

I practice supportive therapy influenced by many different theories and techniques. I utilize various modalities including traditional talk therapy and mindfulness practice.

When working with clients, I tend to be client centered in that I will not set goals for them but will work together to achieve the goals the client feels are most important.
