Great to meet you!

I have been a Board Certified PMHNP but more than 10 years. I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BSN, went on to pursue my education at Walden University where I obtained a MSN, and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I further my education as a Family Nurse Practitioner and then a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My approach is friendly, I usually let the client set the stage. My strengths are listening and motivating and then developing a plan of care.

My approach to therapy

I believe a heathy style of thinking can reduce distress. My approach to therapy is to individualize the sessions and reduce the negative thinking taking place.

What you can expect from me

A client will walk away from the first session with a feeling of getting help. They will feel empowered to go on in life with the anchor (me).
